Fairness opinion to the Codemill bid committee

Astelia assisted the independent bid committee of Codemill AB with a fairness opinion in connection with the takeover offer from Ateliere Creative Technologies.

Codemill is a Swedish technology company providing software solutions and technical services for the video and media industry. The company’s products, including Accurate Player SDK, Accurate.Video and Cantemo, are used by some of the world’s largest broadcast and VOD/OTT platforms to streamline media production and make content searchable. Codemill’s clients include leading players such as Paramount Global, BBC, ITV, ProSiebenSat.1, Joyn, as well as publishers and brands like The Guardian.
