Robert Nordahl
Robert co-founded Astelia in 2024. He has over 25 years of experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence and valuation. Robert was previously partner at BDO Deal advisory and, before that, partner at Grant Thornton Corporate finance.
Robert has a MSc in Economics and Business Administration degree from the Stockholm School of Economics.

David Nyman
David co-founded Astelia in 2024 and is responsible for transaction advisory. He has nearly ten years of experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence and valuation and has worked in both Finland and Sweden, with previous roles at Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton and BDO.
David has a MSc in Financial Economics and Business Administration from Hanken School of Economics.

Johan Lundberg
Johan co-founded Astelia in 2024 and primarily focuses on financial due diligence, while also contributing to valuation projects. He has previous experience in financial due diligence at BDO.
Johan has a BSc in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and has also studied at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.

Carl Westinius
Carl co-founded Astelia in 2024 and works primarily on valuation projects, while also having a significant role in financial due diligence. He has close to five years of experience in valuations and transaction advisory, with previous experience from BDO and PwC.
Carl has a MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.

Viktor Johansson
Viktor started his internship at Astelia in the fall of 2025. He has previous experience in auditing at PwC and from an internship at Allshares.
