Vendor assist factbook in connection with the capital reorganisation of Scienta Scientific

Astelia assisted the owners of Scienta Scientific in preparing a vendor assist factbook in connection with the capital reorganisation, in which the existing shareholder Eterna Invest AB acquired approximately 35% of the shares from InnovationsKapital and other minority shareholders.
