Financial advisory services for Wigge in connection with the sale to AGRD Partners

Astelia has provided financial advisory services to the owners of Wigge in connection with the sale to Axcel-backed AGRD Partners.

Wigge is a leading business law firm specialising in transactions, founded in 2015, with expertise in M&A, real estate, banking and finance, and funds.

AGRD Partners is an association of business law firms established in 2025 with support from the Nordic private equity firm Axcel. Following the combination, the group comprises approximately 300 employees across nine offices in Sweden and includes eight of the country’s leading business law firms: Allié, Born, Morris Law, Next Law, Synch, TM & Partners, Wigge and Bokwall Rislund.
