Financial due diligence for Linx Equity in connection with the acquisition of Prinsens Lager AB

Astelia has provided financial and tax due diligence services to Linx Equity's portfolio company Cube Storage AS, in connection with the acquisition of Prinsens Lager AB. Tax due diligence was conducted in collaboration with an external tax advisory boutique.

Cube Storage is a Nordic self-storage company operating in Norway and Sweden, focused on acquiring, developing, and operating modern, high-quality storage facilities. 

Prinsens Lager is a Swedish self-storage operator with a strong regional presence and an established offering of flexible and secure storage solutions for both private and corporate customers. 

Through the transaction, Cube Storage establishes a platform for continued expansion in Sweden and strengthens its geographic footprint in the Nordics. Following completion of the transaction, the combined business is expected to comprise more than 70 facilities across Norway and Sweden, with total revenue of approximately SEK 90 million for 2025.
